Imagine a church. Okay stop there. This is no ordinary church. Inside this church are things you’ve never dreamed of. Inside these walls are things that would far exceed your expectations. You walk in, you hear music, you follow that music…imagine your surprise when you see hundreds of teenagers playing pool, air hockey, video games, breakdancing, and yes…even arm wrestling. As you look around you see a vast array of lights, a dj booth, televisions…wait a second is that......You walk in a bit further through the retro styled café because you notice up ahead are some funky t-shirts, sweatshirts & hats and hey, why not buy one? Moving along in your journey, you head down a long hallway filled with pictures of friendly smiling teens. But now… you just want to chill out. Perfect timing as you enter our lounge. Couches, computers, a juice bar, tv’s…Ahhh, the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. As you are being beckoned upstairs you make your way into our ‘upper room.’ Naturally, you assume since this is the place where we hold our services…you’ve got to be hush hush in here. There are probably lots of statues of Jesus and pictures of the disciples, right? WRONG! Our meeting room is a tremendous work of urban, yet very professional art. The bright colors and modern décor, along with all the stunning photography throughout the room is all the more reason to stick around this joint. When the night comes to a close, as they all must…you exit UTI thinking to yourself ‘Did I really just go to church?’
